The Haryana government invites applications for licenses from settlers / builders / developers under the Deana Dayal Jana Awas Yojana Affordable Housing Policy Planning – 2016. Applications can be made to the Implementation Agency, City and Planning, Haryana before Of last day of application receiving date.
The affordable 2016 housing policy for low- and middle-potential cities was launched by the state government in February this year. Under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana, the state government aims to provide affordable housing to a lakh citizen in the state.
Interested home builders or developers can apply for a home construction license under this policy. The scheme applies in all cities and cities of the state except Sona, Gwalpahari, Gurugram, Faridabad, Sonipat, Panipat and Panchkula periphery.
The state government promotes the policy with the slogan “Apna Awas – Sukhad Awas” for the final consumers. The actual purchasers of the housing unit and developers get many financial benefits under the scheme to make it really affordable such as:
EDC’s license fees and fees are minimized.
There are no land use conversion rates.
